Through my years as a confidant and energy healer I’ve discovered a single, universal trait that we seem to share: the experience of suffering. Whether it’s an anticipated loss or a sudden, unexpected change, suffering reveals itself in a multitude of ways. In Buddhism, it is believed that the root of suffering is our attachment to things be them material objects or outcomes.
